The partnership reflects 3 excellent economic-productive systems, of particular historicity, uniqueness, and relevance for the cultural and productive heritage of the EU
1. Production of Parma Ham PDO in the Food Valley (Parma, Italy);
2. Jewelry processing (Kaunas, Lithuania, known for the ancient technique of Baltic amber inlay);
3. Textile processing in Central Slovenia.
The partners representing the 3 systems are:

– Menų ir dizaino mokymo centras (MENDIZ), VET School, and Kauno prekybos, pramones ir amatu rumai, The Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts
– Strokovni izobrazevalni center Ljubljana, VET School, and Andreja Stržinar, An excellent artisanal workshop for textile/clothing production
The technology partners who will lead the development of the project’s expected outputs are:
– Ex Machina Italia, a tech SME in the IT4LIA AI Factory area, with specialized expertise in Generative Artificial Intelligence, founded in 2020 in Bologna
– STICHTING FONTYS, University of Applied Sciences with campuses in several cities in the south of the Netherlands, including Tilburg, Venlo, and Eindhoven, the latter located in the European “home” – BRAINPORT – of advanced future technologies.
